We have created a series of videos to share the beauty and importance of biodiversity. The wildlife in these videos were observed in and around urban conservation areas and yards in Middlesex County of Massachusetts. We urge the community to create wildlife and insect/pollinator friendly yards and spaces by planting natives, change harmful landscaping practices in their yards such as pesticide application, leaf blowing, and lawn mowing, and reduce outdoor light pollution which affects bird migrations and nocturnal insects including fireflies.
